performance introduction
T35-11, BT35 and FT35 axial fans are products that replace 30K4. T35 is analyzed and compared with similar products abroad. The impeller structure of the fan is determined through optimization design, and the motor is improved, which reduces the flow loss, thus increasing the efficiency of the fan to 89.5%, reducing the noise level by 3.6dB compared with A, enhancing the strength at the blade root and avoiding the blade fracture.
This series of fans is suitable for the transportation of non-flammable, explosive, non-corrosive, non-significant dust gas. The temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃. It is widely used in general factories, warehouses, offices and houses for ventilation or strengthening heating and heat dissipation. It can also be installed in series at intervals in a long exhaust pipeline to increase the pressure in the pipeline.
BT35-11 is an explosion-proof axia fan, which can be used for ventilation of volatile gases such as flammable and explosive gases. FT35-11 is an anti-corrosive axia fan, which can be used for conveying corrosive gases. Its performance parameters are consistent with those of the T35-11.
