CTF Low-noise Axial Fan
CTF low-noise axial fan is a new generation of low-noise ventilation products. The machine is designed by optimized aerodynamics principle and manufactured by advanced processing technology. The whole machine has the advantages of reasonable, firm and practical structure, large air volume, high wind pressure, low-noise, low power consumption and light weight, and can realize forward and reverse bidirectional ventilation at the same installation position, and the blade angle can be adjusted accordingly according to the requirements of the air outlet.

performance introduction
The airflow can be up to 70,000 cubic meters per hour. According to the impeller diameter, BYZ axial fan has eleven types and specifications, namely, 4. 4.5. 5. 5.6. 6. 6.3. 7.1. 8. 9. 10.11.2, the number of blades per machine is 8-14, and the installation angle of blades is 15-40 degrees. Compared with the axial fan commonly used in China, the air volume increased by 42%, the wind pressure increased by 30%, the noise (A sound level) reduced by 10-Od day (a), the full-pressure efficiency of up to 82.3%. The airflow can be up to 140,000 cubic meters per hour. BYZ low-noise axial fan is equipped with high-temperature resistant motor (insulation grade F, protection grade IP54), and the casing adopts high-temperature baking paint technology, which can run for a long time in high humidity environment below 120℃. Its impeller is made of low magnesium aluminum alloy with explosion-proof performance, so it can convey flammable gases after matching with explosion-proof motor. The BYZ fan is the ideal ventilation fan for wood drying kilns.
